Striped Baby Blanket

So guess what, guys? Sometimes I sew. But, apparently I never iron. Who has the time or the energy to iron anyway? Probably the people who have time to sew… *Ah hehm* WELL… This is a baby blanket that I made for my little niece, Baby Josie. She is adorable and perfect and has the best smile and the coolest hair. I think we’ll keep her. We’ll definitely keep her. Any-whoodle… if you guys are interested, I will show you the measurements you’ll need to make this guy below. Strip

Werther’s Graduation Lei

Yesterday, my younger brother graduated from high school with high honors! He was the most handsome graduate in the whole class! There are so many big things coming up for this dude. I am so excited and proud of him. In about a month he is going to be leaving on an LDS mission to Romania. He leaves the day after my birthday. Happy birthday to me, I guess? 🙁 I’m gonna miss this sucker. He is the sweetest uncle to baby girl, but Romania is lucky to have him. You want to know h

You all know the one. So I went home and hit up Pinterest. Beautiful, beautiful Pinterest. And

Baby girl has approximately 4,379 blankets already, but when I saw this fabric on sale at Joann’s I really just couldn’t resist making another one! I think it turned out so cute, and it was so easy I finished the entire blanket in one night. That’s my kind of sewing project. First, grab your favorite fabrics. I used this pink rosette fabric I found at Joann’s and some leftover ivory minky I had from another project. I bought my minky fabric from here. I’m sure you

I just made A TON of hair bows. As in… it will be mandatory that my daughter wear a different bow every day of her life until she’s about 21 years old. That many hair bows. … She’s going to hate bows. BUT, until she discovers that she doesn’t like them anymore, there will be one permanently fixed to her head. So if you want to join my club… the, “There’s An 89% Chance That Once My Daughter Can Decide For Herself That She Doesn’t Like Hair Bows She’ll Never Wear Another One Ag
