I am fully aware that these are not the size of normal pork chops.
That’s why I’m approximately 87.9% sure that these are dinosaur chops.
I don’t have any other evidence to suggest that these actually are from dinosaurs besides their sheer size, but that’s good enough for me.

Generously season both sides of your pork chops. Grill. Devour.
Notes
*Make sure the internal temperature of your meat reaches 260° in the middle. If you feel like they are getting too browned on the outside on your grill, turn your oven on and pop them in there until they are cooked through.
