Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons butter
5 oz. greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1teaspoon baking soda
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup nutella, divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F and spray two regular size loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside (If you use mini loaf pans you are going to need four of them).
In a small bowl, mash bananas using a fork and set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer cream together butter, yogurt, vanilla, and sugars. Add in eggs and mashed bananas and beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda to wet ingredients and mix just until incorporated. Mix in chocolate chips just until evenly distributed.
Transfer mixture evenly into the two loaf pans. Both pans should only be about half full with the mixture. Spoon 1/4 cup of nutella on the top of the batter of each loaf and spread with a knife. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. If using mini loaf pans, bake for only 25-30 minutes.
