Today we’re taking pizza back to where it originated.
Did the Italians know what they were doing or what?
Pizza is like the greatest thing to happen to this world since… welllllllll … pizza.
Can you imagine a world without pizza?!
That is a dark place.
A dark place indeed.
This beauty has red onions, mushrooms, artichokes, kalamata olives, salami, prosciutto and of course, cheese. Lots and lots of delicious cheese.
We took pizza back to where it originated from - and it's amazing!

Your favorite pizza doughTHISis my favorite!
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Mushrooms, thinly sliced
Canned artichokes hearts
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, cut into thick chunks (if desired)
Roll out pizza dough to desired size and thickness. Top with remaining ingredients except for the tomato. Bake at 450 - 500° F for 7-9 minutes. Once out of the oven top with fresh tomato chunks. (This isn't pictured on mine because Mr. T. is not a fan of tomatoes!) Slice and serve.

Io sono un gatto nel mio pantaloni.
That means: this pizza is delicious and perfect, in Italian.
Just kidding. It means I have a cat in my pants.
