I think I may have my priorities a bit messed up.
While we were eating this pizza the other day, things must have gotten a little out of hand because halfway through the meal my husband turned to me and said, “I wish you talked to me like you talk to pizza.”
WOAH.
I knew I loved pizza but I didn’t realize I was THAT nice to pizza.
But, it’s like…. pizza. You know?
So, basically I want to issue everyone a challenge.
I want to challenge you to be as nice to someone this week, as you are to pizza.
I’m being one hundred percent serious right now and if you don’t think I am, I don’t think you know how much I love pizza. I am always serious when it comes to pizza.
That’s my goal this week.
Also, I’m going to try to not make this again and eat all of it. Because I want to. And probably will. Who are we kidding?
Hawaiian Pizza w/ White Sauce
Ingredients: Favorite Pizza Dough (THIS is my favorite) Alfredo Sauce (homemade or store-bought) Ham, thinly sliced Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned… but fresh is always best!) Mozzarella Cheese
Directions: Place pizza stone on center rack of oven. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out your pizza dough about 1/2 inch thick. Lather with Alfredo sauce until you have the amount that you want. Place thinly sliced pieces of ham and pineapple chunks along the entire pizza. Top with mozzarella cheese to your liking. Place on parchment paper and bake on pizza stone for 9-12 minutes or until cheese starts to brown and becomes bubbly.
Eat your heart out marinara sauce!
