Loaded Ranch Potato Soup

I love potato soup, but this is not your average potato soup. It has something extra, so now we can extra love it. It reminds me of something my grandpa used to make that we called “Sticky Potatoes.” Sticky Potatoes were SO good and SO unhealthy. There was almost more cream cheese, sour cream and heavy whipping cream than actual potato. They. Were. Amazing. I seriously need to go to the gym after just reading that paragraph, though. Seriously. This totally reminds me of that,

Zupa Toscana

We are dealing with soup weather right now, people. And boy, am I happy to oblige. You will be too with this recipe. Have you ever been to Olive Garden before? I actually had never eaten at Olive Garden until I was taken there on a date in high school. My family never ate out much… but when you have a mom that cooks like Famous Julie does, it doesn’t really matter. Anyway, this is a soup made famous by Olive Garden. Anyway, this soup is the Steed family’s favorite soup, so in a stroke of pure genius and creativity it has been re-named “Favorite Soup”. favorite counter: 3 OHMYGOSH I love this stuff so much

Doc’s Chili

I’m going to give you one more reason to love rainy days. It’s simple. It’s healthy. It’s delicious. It’s all of my favorite things wrapped into one incredible dish. Today I found out I need new boots. Why? Because it was raining cats and dogs. When did I discover this you ask? When I was hauling thousands of pounds of groceries up several flights of stairs to my apartment. And a baby. And my dog was running away. And I was getting really mad because I had actually done my ha
