Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Let me guess… Broccoli is your favorite food, right?

How did I know?

That may sound like I’m being sarcastic but this stuff is seriously so dang good.

Instead of making fries as a side dish with your next meal, you should try this first.

It is crispy and garlicky and super addicting.

See all those dead spaces on my pan?

Yeah… that’s from me not being able to control myself.

A–ROUND BROC–CO–LI.

Are you kidding me?

I mean broccoli has always been pretty alright. You know, I wouldn’t say we’re super tight but we’ve had some pretty good times in the past.

Well, broccoli and I just climbed the friendship ladder.

We even have our own handshake now. It consists of me grabbing them by the handful and shoveling them into my mouth.

It’s pretty creative.
